IAMA Risorse Umane Srl (hereinafter “the Company”), headquartered at Via Merano 16/A, 20127 Milan, is a personnel search and selection company accredited by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies (Permanent authorization for personnel search and selection activity issued on 29.03.2010, Prot. No. 13/I/0004226).
As a Data Subject (i.e., a person to whom personal data refers, excluding sensitive data – hereinafter “Data”), subject to processing by our company, and in accordance with Article 13 of the European Regulation, we hereby inform you of the following:
- The Data Controller is IAMA Risorse Umane Srl (located at Via Merano 16/A, 20127 Milan); email: privacy@seleiama.it. The collection and processing of the Data are carried out to enable our Company, or affiliated companies, to conduct recruitment, selection, and evaluation of personnel on behalf of potentially interested companies, organizations, or entities.
- Providing your Data is necessary for the purposes stated above.
- The Data will be processed and stored both in paper and digital formats for no longer than 10 years from the latest update of your consent.
- The Data may be shared, solely for the purposes mentioned in point 3, with group companies or entities potentially interested in recruiting qualified personnel.
- The recipients of the data as outlined in point 4 may be located:
- in Italy;
- in EU countries;
- in non-EU countries.
- Article 13 of the European Regulation grants you, as the Data Subject, several rights, including the right:
- to obtain confirmation of whether your Data is being processed;
- to obtain information about the origin of the Data, the purposes, and methods of processing;
- to be informed of the parties or categories of parties to whom personal data may be disclosed;
- to request updates, corrections, or integration of the Data;
- to request deletion, data portability, anonymization, or blocking of processed Data, including data not required for the stated purposes, and confirmation that such actions have been communicated to any third parties who received the Data;

- Failure to provide your Data may make it difficult or impossible for the Company to carry out the activities outlined in point 3.
